Phase 01
Visual & Content Observation
We started by observing the visual presentation and content across Tularasa’s social media and website from feed layout and colors to copywriting and CTAs. The goal was to understand how the brand identity comes across and how it’s perceived by the audience.
Phase 02
Platform & Audience Analysis
We looked at how content is shared through Tularasa’s Instagram and website. From posting timing, the way messages are delivered, to how the brand connects with audience, with Instagram handling engagement and the website serving as the brand’s information hub.
Phase 03
Marketing & Communication Approach
At this stage, we observed how Tularasa communicates its services and value to the audience. This included the communication style, the approach used, and how the brand builds interest among potential clients.
Phase 04
Benchmark & Competitor Review
We compared Tularasa with several local and international competitors to identify different approaches in visual branding and content delivery. This helped us see how others are building their positioning in the digital industry.
Phase 05
Insight & Strategic Direction
From the entire observation process, we gathered various insights that can serve as a foundation in developing a digital strategy that is more relevant and aligned with the needs of the target audience.
